- In charge of searching and managing customers including five-star hotels and resorts, foreigner-related restaurants in the south of Vietnam.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
- Support for organization and coordination of events such as meeting with partners, wine tasting, wine dinner, seminar, product launching…
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Language skills: ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and email in English, ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
- Wine, Beer and Spirits knowledge.
- Perfectly understand the company wine portfolio and customer’s needs.
ALLOWANCE
- Salary + commission
- Annual bonus: 13th month, holiday, birthday, etc.
- Company will support on the documents or procedures related to work permit, TRC.
- Work place: District 1, HCMC
