Machir Bay, Kilchoman's signature peated single malt, is a vatting of whiskies matured in both bourbon and sherry casks. Named after Islay’s most spectacular beach, it features a high proportion of bourbon barrels, creating a distinct balance of classic Islay character and fresh floral complexity.

The Port Cask Matured limited edition was aged for the full term of its maturation in ruby port hogsheads, selected from two contrasting ages, the youngest being 6 years old, then bottled at 50% abv.

Created from the same recipe of casks as regular Sanaig release, Sanaig Cask Strength was matured predominantly in oloroso sherry casks. However, instead of adding water once the casks have been selected and vatted, this limited edition Sanaig Cask Strength has been bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.8% alc./vol. The result is an intense combination of rich peat smoke, cinnamon sweetness, and stoned fruits with waves of citrus, mixed spices, and dark chocolate.

The Sauternes Cask Matured limited edition has spent its full maturation in ex-sauternes wine casks. Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder, selected a combination of fresh and refill Sauternes barriques from two separate years, the youngest being from 2018, creating an extraordinary balance of buttery sweetness, barbecued pineapple, candied ginger and floral peat smoke.
