– In charge of searching and managing customers including five-star hotels and resorts, foreigner-related restaurants in Vietnam.
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
– Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
– Support for organization and coordination of events such as meeting with partners, wine tasting, wine dinner, seminar, product launching…
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
– Language skills: ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and email in English, ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
– Wine, Beer and Spirits knowledge.
– Perfectly understand the company wine portfolio and customer’s needs.
– Salary + commission
– Annual bonus: 13th month, holiday, …, etc.
– MALTHOP will support on the documents or procedures related to visa, resident card.
